The Strawberry Banana Smoothie is as old as time itself. (OK, that maybe an exaggeration, but you get the point).
We decided to make this oldie but goodie healthier, tastier and more colorful than before with some all-natural ingredients. We pressed in the services of that breakfast staple - orange juice. We threw in a dash of coconut flakes for the protein, fiber and iron. Finally, we replaced dairy with our favorite non-dairy, plant based milk - hemp milk. Hemp milk adds a burst of the good Omega 3 & 6 fats, all 10 essential amino acids and as much calcium as cow's milk. Here's to good health in a glass!
Add all ingredients to a blender and combine till the strawberries are ground to a fine paste. Drink up!
