2-Ingredient Soda Cake

All you need is a can of soda and your favorite cake mix and, Voila! You're on track to be Baker of the Year.

Ingredients

• 1/2 box of European Gourmet Bakery Organic Vanilla Cake Mix
• 1 12 oz can of soda 
  

Total time   : 30 minutes

Directions

1. PREHEAT  - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 inch round cake pan and keep ready.
   
2. MIX - In a large bowl, mix half the cake mix from the box with the can of soda. Whip well till the batter is completely smooth.
   
3. BAKE - Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
   
4. COOL - Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before you cut and serve.
